I think this water based makeup remover
was available in Malaysia since 3 years ago. I didn't purchase one until
recently because I am running out of my sister's Biore Cleansing Oil but I
didn't really like Biore's because I felt that either it triggers my skin to
become bumpy, or it doesn't cleanse well enough.
So yesterday I went to Watson's to buy
stuff and this was on sale! It was RM29.90. I think the usual price is
somewhere around RM 35. I was amazed by the amount of new brands/products
available at Watson's... and they were pretty affordable too!

Anyway, back to the topic. Right after I
reach home, I used this to remove my makeup (History of Whoo CC Sun Cream) and
Apieu's lip tint. The pump squirts out the lotion so be sure to put your cotton
pad very close to the pump. I used 2 pumps on 2 cotton pads to thoroughly
cleanse my skin. The bottle says to keep using new cotton pads until the pads
are clean. But I wasn't really convinced to use their method because it will
take a few more cotton pads to do that, and that's wasteful. What I did was
wiping my face with the wet cotton pad until I feel that the makeup has
thoroughly came off.
My skin felt clean and moist and not tight
while I shower and brush my teeth etc before washing my face again with foam
cleanser.
The second time I used this on my no
makeup face. I went out to do grocery shopping but I was at home most of the
time. What surprised me is that the cotton pad turned gray!!! Does that mean my
face is dirty or the air is dirty?
Cleansing power: 4.5/5 It removes the CC
cream really well
Price: 4/5 Great price for 300ml but at
the rate I'm using it.... I feel that the bottle will be empty in 2-3 months. I will try to improvise on the usage method I guess?
Packaging: 3/5 I felt that the pump could
use a better one... at least a pump that lets me control the amount I want to
dispense by using varying pressure. Also, I think they should release the
refill pack in Malaysia. Saves money and it is better for the environment too.
Overall: 4/5 Minus 1 mark because I need
to use a lot to thoroughly cleanse my face. But it's a good product overall
(not drying, water based, no preservatives, colourant etc).
Hi just want to ask if it still has water consistency like the other variants?
ReplyDeleteYes it is. I bought the one in pink (i think it's the Q10 one) and the consistency is still watery.
