Malaysia has a lot of Korean beauty brands coming in these
few years, and I used to shop there sometimes but totally stopped since I
started shopping online.
Recently I started visiting them again to test out BB Balms
or Cushions but I have to say some SAs just piss me off.
Let me tell you an incident that happened in One Utama
yesterday. I visited this Korean brand shop near the cinema (no names but you
can guess it) and I popped into their store to check out their products. The SA
said to me "even if you are just looking around, I still need to follow
you because there's a CCTV installed"
I told her then "You can just follow me if you like,
but I don't need any product explanation."
I was just about to leave when she gave me the evil eye. You
know, the eye that says "I'm looking down on you!" I countered her
with my own evil eye of course ;P I don't need shitty customer service on
weekends!
Seriously, I think the SAs need to know their boundaries. I
am not easily angered or annoyed, but certain SAs just need to learn their
manners.
A "NO" is a "NO" and I do not owe you
anything. Although I prefer using Korean brands for skincare, but be sure that I
WILL NOT step into your store anymore!
