NARUKO!

my bottle of apple seed and tranexamic acid pore minimizing serum from Naruko arrived safely in my mailbox last week. and this bottle with 30ml of content is a sight to behold: in a tall plastic bottle. it uses a pump to dispense the contents. The serum boasts 5 effects, which are: purifying, metabolise, oil-removing, whitening and tightening the skin. this serum is for people 28 years old and above, and recommended for various skin problems like large pores, spots, dullness, lifeless, and unbalanced skin tones.

first use:

the pump didn't work for me! i pressed and pressed and pressed about 10 times to get the serum spurting out. the serum's smell was a bit overpowering and it resembled the smell of traditional chinese sweets. i don't know how to describe the smell, but it is a bit strong. But still acceptable.

the serum is a white cream with some yellowish liquid separated. upon application, it feels quite greasy. i patted in using wet hands to get the stuff absorbed. it is absorbed quickly into the skin, leaving a slight feel of stickiness. however, the stickiness disappeared after some time. Skin feels soft, and my pores seems smaller.

Luckily for me, this serum doesn't break me out! woohoo! because i always broke out whenever i tried anything new... i'm not sure about the wrinkle-combating and whitening effects though. 2nd day into using it, i have not notice any changes in skin tone. hmm....maybe i should wait longer.

The serum is free from parabens, colourings, and stuff that are harmful to skin. it is advisable that the serum is finished within 6 months after opening.

The packaging can also be reused as a stationery holder. Use a pen knife and some UHU glue and you're done!
